Microneedling with Exosomes
Combine microneedling with exosomes to accelerate repair, calm skin and boost radiance.
About the treatment
A regenerative approach to skin rejuvenation
How we approach it
Every microneedling with exosomes treatment begins with a bespoke skin consultation where your practitioner assesses your skin concerns, skin quality, medical history and treatment goals.
The treatment is tailored to your skin, including the microneedling depth and approach used. The Mesoestetic® regenerative cocktail is then applied throughout the treatment, allowing the vegan exosomes, NAD and niacinamide to penetrate through the micro-channels created by the microneedling.
Your practitioner will discuss the treatment process, expected results, recovery and recommended treatment schedule with you before treatment.
Who it’s for
Microneedling with exosomes is suitable for adults looking to improve overall skin quality, texture and tone, particularly those concerned with dullness, uneven texture, early signs of ageing, fine lines, reduced firmness and certain types of acne scarring.
It can also be a good choice for patients looking for a more advanced microneedling treatment, with the addition of exosomes to support the skin's repair and renewal process. The regenerative cocktail may also help to support a smoother and quicker recovery following treatment. Your practitioner will assess your skin and recommend whether standard microneedling or microneedling with exosomes is most appropriate for your concerns and goals.
The treatment is not suitable for everyone and should not be performed on skin that has had significant recent sun exposure or certain other treatments. Your practitioner will assess your skin and medical history during your consultation to determine whether microneedling with exosomes is appropriate for you.
We recommend avoiding treatment for at least 4 weeks following significant sun exposure or laser treatment and avoiding facial tanning products for 2 weeks before treatment.

Recovery, results & aftercare
Recovery
Microneedling with Exosomes typically involves around 1-2 days of downtime, although this varies between individuals. Redness, sensitivity, warmth and mild swelling are common immediately following treatment, and the skin may feel dry or tight as it recovers. Your practitioner will provide personalised aftercare advice based on your skin and treatment.
Results
You may notice an immediate improvement in skin brightness and texture following microneedling, with further improvements developing over the following weeks as collagen production increases. A course of 3-4 treatments are often recommended to achieve optimal results, with the number of sessions depending on your skin concerns and treatment goals. Results can continue to improve for several months as new collagen is formed. Maintenance sessions are recommended.
Aftercare
For the first 24 hours, avoid makeup, touching the skin, strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat exposure including saunas, steam rooms and hot showers. For 7 days following treatment, avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliants. Use gentle, hydrating skincare to support skin recovery. For 4 weeks, avoid sunbeds, excessive sun exposure and advanced aesthetic treatments. Daily SPF 50 is essential to protect your skin and maintain results.
