For ageing, sun-damaged skin, the TCA Peel is an ideal solution. An intense resurfacing treatment, these peels can achieve transformative results in a short time frame.

Depending on individual skin type and preference, the strength of the peel can be adjusted to suit your needs and goals. TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid) is a well-known peel ingredient used to improve fine lines, sun damage, acne scars, uneven pigmentation, and age spots. The peel ingredients work by directly stimulating the deeper layer of the skin as well as removing (via peeling) the damaged skin cells at the surface.

This treatment is most effective on pale and mature skin.

Aftercare

After treatment you may experience up to 7 days of significant peeling. Regular application of moisturiser and SPF 50 is required, and we recommend avoiding the application of make-up to the treatment area for 48 hours. Please also avoid using any exfoliants, including physical and chemical, as well as active ingredients (such as glycolic acid) BHAs (such as salicylic acid) and retinols for at least seven days. Fake tan should also be avoided for at least 14 days and sunny holidays are a no-go for at least 4 weeks after this treatment.

A qualified doctor, dentist or nurse will be administering your treatment under the direct supervision of an expert aesthetic practitioner. Please note - occasionally more than one trainee may be present during your treatment to observe for teaching purposes.

Gold

Your treatment will be administered by a talented medical practitioner, specially selected by our expert team in order to build their aesthetics portfolio. A consultation will take place prior to your treatment. There will be no trainees observing your appointment.

Demo

You will be treated by one of our expert clinic practitioners while they teach a small group of medical trainees who will be watching either in person or via a video stream. A consultation will take place prior to your treatment.
