Microneedling with Exosomes
Stimulate collagen. Accelerate skin renewal.
Microneedling with exosomes is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that combines medical-grade microneedling with regenerative exosome therapy to improve overall skin quality, texture and radiance.
Following a bespoke skin consultation, your treatment is carried out by one of our GOLD Skin Practitioners in a private one-to-one appointment. Using a medical-grade microneedling pen with ultra-fine needles, controlled micro-injuries are created within the skin to stimulate your body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. Throughout the treatment, the Mesoestetic® regenerative cocktail, containing vegan exosomes, NAD and niacinamide, is infused into the skin through these micro-channels. These powerful regenerative ingredients work alongside the collagen-induction process to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation and accelerate skin renewal, enhancing both healing and overall skin health.
The result is healthier, stronger and more radiant skin, with visible improvements in texture, tone and firmness. It is a popular choice for patients seeking exosome microneedling to treat a range of skin concerns, from early signs of ageing to acne scarring.
Please note, this treatment is not suitable for patients taking antibiotics, those with active cold sores, anyone who has had significant sun exposure or laser treatment within the previous four weeks, or those who have used facial tanning products within the last two weeks.

Recovery
Most patients experience redness similar to mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours following treatment. The skin may feel warm, tight or slightly sensitive while it heals.
Downtime is minimal, and most patients resume normal activities quickly. Exosomes also support the skin’s natural repair process, which may help to reduce post-treatment inflammation.
Results
Initial improvements in brightness, hydration and skin texture can often be seen within 5 to 7 days.
Long-term results develop over 4 to 12 weeks as collagen and elastin production increases, leading to firmer, smoother and more refined skin quality.
A course of 3 treatments is recommended for optimal and longer-lasting results.
Aftercare
For the first 24 hours, avoid wearing makeup and refrain from touching the skin. Avoid exercise, heat exposure (including saunas, steam rooms and hot showers) and alcohol during this time.
For 7 days following treatment, avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliants. Use only gentle, hydrating skincare to support skin recovery.
For 4 weeks, avoid advanced aesthetic treatments, sunbeds and excessive sun exposure. Daily SPF 50 is essential to protect the skin and maintain results.
