The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all agreements. “Client”, “Customer”, “You”, “Your” and “Patients” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to The Academy Clinic. “Party” and “Parties” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please find our privacy policy and cookie policy which will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Confidentiality
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than professional bodies such as the General Medical Council if legally required to do so. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all of their Client Records that we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. The use of and indications for the products that patients will be treated with will be explained by the practitioner and patients will have the opportunity to have all questions answered to their satisfaction prior to treatment. It is the patient’s responsibility to seek further clarification from their practitioner if questions about the procedure remain, this must be done prior to treatment.

Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions
Referring a friend is a great way to tell others about The Academy Clinic. As with all offers, there are a few rules so everyone plays fair:
The Academy Clinic clients can…
Refer multiple friends, family members or colleagues – there’s no limit. Referred friends must be completely new to The Academy Clinic. They can’t have booked a treatment free or paid at any time.
Recommend The Academy Clinic’s services to their friends, no direct promotion on social media pages or any site that is contributed to or owned by someone else (eg Wikipedia and coupon websites). Note: search engine marketing (eg Adwords, Yahoo or Bing) or the words “coupon”, “code”, “promo code”, “discount code”, “voucher code” or “voucher” must not be used to promote posts.
Referred friends can…
Join The Academy Clinic as a referred friend if they’ve never had a treatment with The Academy Clinic or GILD Clinic. They can start referring their own friends as soon as they had their first paid treatment.
Let’s talk rewards
When referring, The Academy Clinic clients will receive…
£20 credit added to their clinic account when a referred friend has their first treatment and has paid in full.
Referred friends…
Get £20 off their first treatment when they pay for their treatment at the clinic.
Must mention the surname, first name of the referrer. (phone number if needed, to ensure the client can be identified)
About the Refer a Friend rewards
The discounts have no official monetary value and can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for proper cash.
Rewards last for 12 months without a booking.
They can’t be transferred from person to person.
Redeemable against full price training clinic injectables and skin treatments excluding Express Glycolic Facials.
Terms and Conditions
THE ACADEMY CLINIC REFERRAL PROGRAMME
The Academy Clinic is a brand of Harley Academy Ltd. Harley Academy registered in England, No: 9426500, and its subsidiaries (“we”, “The Academy Clinic” or “Company”) may, from time to time, offer users of our service (“Service”) the opportunity to refer friends and businesses to try the Service (“The Academy Clinic Referral Program” or “Program”). We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason.
Users (defined below) are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program. By participating in the Program, Users agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as a Referrer (defined below) or participate in the Program in any manner. Users may not participate in the Program when doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and the methods through which Rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any User (defined below) at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
CHILDREN
No part of the Program is directed to persons under the age of 21. IF YOU ARE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.
1.How the Program Works.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION, GENERALLY
To participate, users will receive an email and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends, family members or colleagues to the Service.
Users who refer are called “Referrers.” Individuals who receive a referral are called “Referred Customers”. An “eligible” Referrer who is fully compliant with these Terms and Conditions may receive “Reward(s)” for every “Qualified Referral”.
ELIGIBLE REFERRER (REFER A FRIEND)
To be “eligible,” a Referrer must:
be a legal resident of the United Kingdom, European Union.
be at least 18 years old.
Employees of the Company, its Service Provider or any of its or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, and those living in the same household, are not eligible.
MAKING A REFERRAL (REFER A FRIEND)
Once an individual refers a friend, family member or colleague, he/she becomes a Referrer and will automatically receive a credit on their “The Academy Clinic account” as soon as his/her Referrer Customer had a treatment and paid for it.
Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Referrers cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not create multiple or fake accounts or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
QUALIFIED REFERRALS (REFER A FRIEND)
A Qualified Referral means that all the following conditions are met:
The Referred Customer had a treatment and paid for it.
The Referred Customer was not previously registered with the Service under any email address or alias;
The Referred Customer is a) a legal resident of the United Kingdom, European Union b) at least 18 years old; and
Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Customer up to a maximum of 500 Referred Customers per calendar year during the operation of the Program. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer will not be Qualified Referrals.
CREDIT FOR QUALIFIED REFERRALS (REFER A FRIEND)
Credit can only be awarded for Qualified Referrals.
EARNING REWARDS (REFER A FRIEND)
The Referrer shall receive £20 in his/her The Academy Clinic “account” for each verified Qualified Referral generated by the Referrer. Rewards may be redeemed in various forms at the Company’s sole discretion – redeemable against any full price treatment – excluding facials.
VERIFIED QUALIFIED REFERRALS (REFER A FRIEND)
Rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. They may also refuse to verify and process any transaction the Company deems, at its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
All of the Company’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, Credit or Reward is verified.
TRANSFER AND VALUE OF CREDIT AND REWARDS (REFER A FRIEND)
Credit and Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Credit and Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the Program, or any portion thereof, for any reason, any unredeemed Credit and Rewards accumulated by the Referrer are forfeited.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be purchased and used in our The Academy Clinic London. Cards must be presented to use as payment at the time of booking or when paying the balance of your treatment. Cards can be redeemed against treatments for skin, injectable treatments and retail products. They cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards. Any value remaining after deductions will be added to your account for future use. Cards cannot be used online for payment of deposits.
