Throughout these Terms and Conditions, you’ll see us referred to as “we,” “The Academy Clinic,” or “Company.” By participating in our Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which ensure that everyone enjoys a fair and rewarding experience. Here’s a quick glossary to make things easy to follow:

Account: Your unique account for accessing our Service.
Affiliate: A company that shares ownership or control with us (50%+ voting securities).
Company: That’s us! Harley Academy Ltd., located at Jasper House, 4-6 Copthall Avenue, London, EC2R 7DA.
Cookies: Small files stored on your device that make your browsing experience smoother.
Country: Refers to the United Kingdom.
Device: Any gadget you use to access our Service, like a phone, tablet, or computer.
Personal Data: Any information that can identify you as an individual.

Service Provider: Trusted partners who help us deliver the Service.
Usage Data: Information collected automatically when you interact with our Service (e.g., how long you stay on a page).

Our referral program is a fun way to share the love! You can:

Earn rewards: Receive £20 credit for every friend you refer who completes their first treatment.
Share perks: Your friends will get £20 off their first treatment. Let’s spread beauty and confidence together!

Program Rules (A Few Friendly Guidelines)

We want everyone to have a fair experience, so here are some simple rules:

Unlimited referrals: Share with as many friends, family members, or colleagues as you’d like.

New friends only: Referred friends must be new to The Academy Clinic (no previous bookings, free or paid).

Keep it personal: Please don’t promote referrals on public platforms like social media, coupon websites, or search engine ads.

No keywords like “coupon,” “promo code,” or similar in your promotions.

About Rewards

Here’s how it works:

For Referrers: Earn £20 credit for every qualified referral. Your credits are valid for 12 months from the date they’re added to your account.

For Friends: Your friends enjoy £20 off their first paid treatment.

Important Details:

Rewards can’t be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Rewards apply only to full-priced treatments, excluding Express Glycolic Facials.

Who Can Participate?

We’d love to have you join if you meet these criteria:

Referrers: Must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the UK or EU.
Referred Friends: Must also meet these requirements.
Employees of Harley Academy and their immediate households are excluded.

How the Program Works

Participating is easy:

Follow the email instructions to refer friends, family, or colleagues.
Your friends will need to mention your name (and phone number, if needed) when booking.
You’ll earn credit once your friend completes and pays for their first treatment.

Play Fair! Referrals should be genuine. Creating fake accounts or referring yourself isn’t allowed and may result in disqualification.

What Counts as a Qualified Referral?

To make sure everything is fair:

The referred friend must complete and pay for their first treatment.

They can’t have any prior accounts or bookings with us.

Referrals are capped at 100 per calendar year.

Verification Process

We verify referrals to keep things fair and secure:

Rewards may be delayed for investigation if needed.

We may refuse rewards for activities we find fraudulent or against these Terms.

All decisions by The Academy Clinic are final.

Gift Cards

Looking for a perfect gift? Here’s how our gift cards work:

Where to use them: Valid only at The Academy Clinic, London.

What they cover: Skin and injectable treatments, plus retail products.

Important to know: Gift cards can’t be replaced if lost or stolen, and remaining balances will be stored for future use. They’re not redeemable for cash.
